Clean Cooking in Africa and the Youth Perspective

Following the Clean Cooking Summit held in May in Paris, where African and global leaders convened to address the urgent need for clean cooking solutions across the continent, this report delves into the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Compiled by the Youth Sustainable Development Network (YSDN), it explores key themes such as financing pathways, youth involvement, and innovative technologies for clean cooking. With Africa facing one of the largest deficits in clean cooking access, the insights gathered here aim to inspire collaborative action and investment to bridge the gap, improve health outcomes, and foster sustainable development across communities.
